The Singapore International Restaurant Show 2012 is an inaugural event for all F&B trade professionals and general consumers to meet, network and experience various hospitality and F&B products. The show consisted of an exhibition, a conference, an opening and closing gala dinner, as well as the 7th World Championship of Chinese Cuisine. Held once every 4 years, the competition is regarded as the highest accolade in Chinese cuisine.
As the official event organisers, the Milton team provided operational support for the show, helping to manage registration, the crowd and logistics requirements for all exhibitors. The team also helped with event management and any necessary design & build for the conference, gala dinners, and the competition.
